To book your trip, please provide us with the following detailed information:
Your name, name and telephone number of school, program requested, program length (ie. full or half day a.m. or p.m.), choice of dates, number of students and grade level.

Alternatively, we would be pleased to have you visit us for a tour of our facilities and a planning session to ensure the success of your field trip to Green Acres. (Please call ahead to book a tour).
