Return Instructions

If you would like to pair the return of your hatchlings to our farm with a field trip please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you are delivering to Green Acres

You will receive an email a few days prior to return day with a reminder of our address and at that time we will ask you what time you intend to return your chicks and incubator. The chicks should be transported without water.

Upon your arrival at Green Acres our staff will greet you and ensure that all pieces have been returned. We then clean and test all incubators within 72 hours of their return. At that time we will process your refund.

If a courier is picking up your hatchlings

On the pick up day, the incubator or kit and the hatchlings MUST be ready at the school office for pick up as of 9 a.m. We cannot advise you ahead of time of the exact pick up time, so please make sure the hatchlings have food and water. The water must be emptied just before transport.

The box you choose for transport of the hatchlings must be the minimum size possible to accommodate them. A large box will not be accepted by the courier, due to space limitations, and will need to be quickly replaced by school staff.
